What is Denizen?

A denizen is “an inhabitant or occupant of a particular place.” Throughout our website you will see us referring to our customer base as either a client or denizen & not resident. We do this because we do not want to be associated with the “box” that has been associated with traditional retirement living. We believe in thinking outside that box and putting our clients needs in the forefront of our company mission.

Are Pet’s allowed?

To ensure our focus remains on our denizen’s at this time we do not have the capacity to ensure both pets and clients receive Care Beyond Care, we will update our website and client base if this changes.

Does medicare cover RESIDENTIAL assisted living ?

Most residential care homes do not accept Medicare and Medicaid we have linked these federal programs so you may find more information about your coverage avenues at medicare.gov or medicaid.gov.

Is furniture included?

We will adjust our rooms and provide furniture based off each denizen’s wants and style requests. Others may like to add their own personal items, you are more than welcome to decide if using our furniture is best or bringing your own!

I have specific dietary needs, how is this ACCOMMODATED?

We cater to numerous particular dietary needs. During our intake form we will gather this information to ensure dietary accommodations are met.

How much are monthly rates

Public rates on our website are not provided. The best route to get that information is by sending a contact us or schedule a time with us to review that information in the “Next Steps” section.
